Each cell maps to one centroid. The model classifies the input into a cell, then reports that cell's centroid as its prediction — so the per-cell shape sets the floor on how precise the answer can be.

Auto-filled when you load an example. Provide lat/lon for your own image to see the haversine error and threshold bands after prediction.
